I’m Craig Wells, Franchise Specialist for Southwest Los Angeles and Orange County, California. Before purchasing my first franchised business in 1991 (MAACO Auto Painting), I had spent 14 years in shopping center management. From the landlord’s perspective, I watched thousands of businesses thrive, while hundreds of others failed.
