ABOUT CRAIG THOMPSON
Craig has over 25 years of hospitality knowledge building exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence and identifying improvement opportunities. His career began with an International hotel chain based out of Boston in a Management Trainee program and continues today as a multi-unit franchisee in the GTA.
The bulk of Craig’s experience was with Tim Hortons Corporate Head Office, the leading Canadian Franchise company, where he led the Operations Excellence Team, driving operations standards, performance metrics, learning and Franchise Training at “Tims U”. After 20 years with Tim Hortons, he decided to consult for an organization to help multiple franchise concepts with improving their own operational standards through tracking mechanisms and data analytics.
Craig himself is a previous FranNet client. He utilized FranNet Services to find and purchase his own multi-unit Franchise in 2016. Breaking ground in Canada with one of the fastest growing fitness concepts from the US, Craig has first-hand experience in all facets of business and franchise ownership. He found the FranNet process so invaluable in helping him navigate and ultimately make his decision on the right franchise ownership that, after launching two of his locations, he decided to join FranNet as a Consultant.
