Lee works closely with clients to understand their needs and help coach them through the process of learning about franchising, and whether or not it is a fit for them. His goal is to listen to his clients and assist them in making a sound decision on small business ownership. He works to understand their goals, values, lifestyle, and interests, and match them with the most suitable business for them.
Lee has been a franchise business owner himself since 2012. He has helped grow his business to profitability, and the highest grossing unit in California. In 2014, he became an Area Director to help coach other owners and lead them to success. Lee has also worked in various aspects of the real estate industry for over 15 years – selling title insurance and escrow services; as a realtor; flipping properties; and managing residential rentals. He won the Salesperson of the Year Award in his first year at First American Title in 2005, and was a top producer for many years.
Lee has an MBA from San Francisco State University and a BA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Kentucky. He is originally from Malaysia, and speaks fluent English, Mandarin, Cantonese, and Hakka. In his spare time, Lee enjoys traveling and learning about different cultures. He has been to 40+ countries and counting.
