Steve enjoys working with each client to discover their goals, strengths, and passions, and to find the right franchise concept that meets their lifestyle and financial needs. All of his services are free, at no cost to the client. Steve has been a franchisee himself, and in fact started out as a FranNet client.
After 15 years of working in high tech, Steve decided to pursue his own lifelong dream of being a business owner. He met with a FranNet consultant, evaluated different concepts, and found the right business for his financial and lifestyle needs. He quickly grew his business into the first profitable and highest grossing location in California, and then became an Area Director for the brand, to help other franchisees in his area grow their businesses. He did this all part-time, while pursuing his passion for traveling to dozens of countries around the world.
After 5 years of successful business ownership, he decided to join FranNet as a Franchise Business Consultant to help other people who want to get into business for themselves.Prior to being a business owner, Steve worked in Silicon Valley high tech as a software developer, researcher, and manager. He has a MS in Electrical Engineering from Stanford and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University. He loves to travel in his abundant spare time, and has visited over 50 countries. He is also an avid learner, and has read or listened to over 100 business books and taken a variety of courses at local community colleges.
