The original Buffalo's Cafe started with their first restaurant in Roswell, Georgia in 1984. Under the direction of the initial ownership group, they expanded throughout the USA and into the Middle East in Kuwait. This attracted the attention of Fog Cutter Capital Group, owner of Fatburger, also a well-established fast food brand that people love.
