In 1992 Tom Ansilio and his father, Tom Sr. built the first Flower Tent in the town of Wyoming, Pennsylvania targeting customers for the Easter holiday. It was so successful that he considered a second location in Kingston, PA for Mother's Day, deciding later to keep it open throughout the spring.
Tom soon opened 11 other locations and created his professional system that, over time, has evolved into the powerful franchise business that it is today. Starting to offer franchises in 2009, the company has over 60 locations operating at different times and seasons depending on their locations, which are spread from coast to coast in the United States.

While the company has only been franchising for 11 years, that is because Tom Ansilio and his brother Tim handled all expansions personally before that time.
