Go Go Curry originated in Kanazawa-city, Ishikawa, so it is also known as a Kanazawa curry. After growing to more than 75 locations across Japan, we decided it was time to share the love and happiness that comes from eating our Japanese comfort food with the world, beginning with arguably the greatest culinary city in the world, New York City! Since then, we’ve opened up six locations in New York City (and one in Cambridge, MA!) and over that time have learned a lot from The Big Apple while still keeping the flavors and traditions of our Japanese roots. From the beginning it has been our goal to create and develop a chain of restaurants that could be efficient and scalable and ultimately spread across the country to meet the increasing consumer demand for Asian-inspired food in general, specifically for Japanese Curry.

Japanese curry is a staple comfort food that is often compared to ramen or sushi. However, there is currently no other QSR franchise offering this type of cuisine. We offer a simple menu, simple operation, great FL cost, exceptional customer following, and 15 years of establishment with multiple corporate stores. Our brand originated in Japan in 2003 and has proven successful throughout the US since 2007.

We kept open the stores during the pandemic 2020 and 2021. Our food is deliverable and taste good even it get cold. We also have the affiliate franchise program like ghost kitchen and virtual kitchen. If it is owner/operator, the store can be run by one person if it is under the $1,000 sales.

Training & Support

- Our training program includes web-based pre-training that you can do at home, followed by up to three weeks of in-classroom and on-the-job training in our New York locations, followed by up to five days of training and Grand Opening Support in your location.

- In addition to training you as the franchisee, we will also provide training to you or someone you designate in our Train-The-Trainer program so that you are able to train your own employees.

- We will also provide operations manuals that will allow franchisees to operate their restaurants in keeping with the high standards that the Go! Go! Curry brand has established.

- Franchisees will also take part in third-party provided training such as SafeServe.

- In addition to being trained on the recipes, procedures, and systems of the Go! Go! Curry kitchen and food offering, Franchisees will receive training on what is required to run the business itself.
