Preserve Services does 38-54 hours of classroom training and 14 to 24 hours of on-the-job training. The classroom training is a combination of virtual and in-person training for both convenience and safety. We also provide on-demand coaching as well as a weekly check-in with our franchisees. Every franchisee is provided with a comprehensive illustrated manual as well as instructional videos, templates, and checklists for ease of learning. We are extremely responsive to our franchisee's needs; if a franchisee needs further instruction we work with them until they feel comfortable.
