Through her passion for yoga and desire to help others, Jessica Fuller, founder, and CEO of The Hot Yoga Spot, has created a vibrant and connected community. Her mantra of peace, acceptance, and persistence has served as her beacon and as the foundation of The Hot Yoga Spot's core values. Jessica opened her first studio at the age of 23 after graduating from the University at Albany with a master's in education.
Today, Jessica guides a team of more than 50 yoga instructors across six locations and welcomes new students to The Hot Yoga Spot each week. She has cultivated a supportive wellness center, providing a safe and warm environment for all. Under her mentorship, many of her instructors have been inspired to create training and leadership programs, opened their own businesses and have forwarded her mission to serve others.

Ideal Candidate & Qualifications
We don't require an owner-operator business model. You can hire a general manager to run your studio. You don't need to be an instructor, but we do require a minimum of 200-hour RYT certifications for all instructors who teach classes at The Hot Yoga Spot. We offer certification programs for you and/or your instructors in our Albany, NY area studios.
Training & Support
As part of our national network, your studio and community will enjoy quality instructor training, mentorship programs and invitations to national and international yoga retreats.
The Hot Yoga Spot team will host training at your studio to build your community and teach you how to lead these yourself to further elevate your business.
Initial franchise training includes 40 hours conducted in Albany, NY, plus additional on-site training once your business is ready to launch. Our pre-opening program covers comprehensive topics including operations, marketing, sales, financial management, goal setting and business management.
After the initial launch of your studio, we coach our owners through the development phase, provide guidance to attract and retain new members and add classes that fit your instructor model and your business goals.
Our proven marketing tactics have allowed The Hot Yoga Spot to expand and open new studios, while offering our clients more scheduled and specialty classes, with a wide variety of yoga and barre sessions to suit their workout and yoga style and preference.
Each owner and studio will have a featured website to promote the local schedule, highlight The Hot Yoga Spot teaching team, showcase upcoming events and provide detailed information about the business.
