Training & Support

Training:

• Our program includes 26 hours of classroom and 22 hours of hands-on training for services, marketing, and the sales process.
• You also get a blueprint for success that we call our 90-Day Hero’s Journey which outlines activities and behaviors that will help build a successful business in the first 3 months.

On-Going Support:

• We will work very closely with you to ensure your team is fully equipped to run a successful operation through weekly accountability coaching for at least 6 months followed by monthly meetings, a yearly summit, regional meetings, yearly strategic planning, and additional training if needed.

Field Support:

• You will be joined by our team on-site during the first 10-15 days of operations to provide guidance on all areas of the business, including P&L, employees, equipment, marketing, the strategic plan, and the 90-day plan.

Marketing:

• Our strategic marketing plan leads each business using strategic ad campaigns, targeted local marketing, social media, and intentional direct mail campaigns, among other efforts.

Annual Meetings:

• You will get opportunities to network with our team and your fellow Franchisees during our yearly summit and regional meetings alongside continued education designed to help make you even more successful.
