Training & Support

• We host a monthly Discovery Day at our office in Minnesota, where prospective franchisees have the opportunity to meet with leaders of our company to help them understand the support structure, to guide them in making an informed decision. They meet with the founders of the company, brand president, real estate team, construction and design, marketing and operations teams.
• New Franchise Training (NFT): We host NFTs at our office in Minnesota approximate 10x per year, where franchisees have the opportunity to learn operations and also get hands on experience, on site, at our corporate owned location in Woodbury, MN
• Ongoing Franchise Business Coach (FBC) support – the entire time you’re a franchisee, you’d have a franchise business coach who is your one stop shop for guidance on anything related to running your business.
• Peer network – Franchisees have access to a network of 1,000+ other US franchisees to share best practices and help support each other.
