Training & Support
Real estate team works directly with franchisee to secure a location. Site development team guides them through a step-by-step process to build out the location, order product, etc. The new studio openings team trains them in launching their recruitment campaigns through our talent acquisition and applicant tracking system, launches their consumer marketing campaigns and trains them on converting and retaining members/selling product. Franchisee and manager attend 7-day training at corporate office focused on hiring/retaining their team, membership conversion and scheduling. Once their team is onboarded, our New Studio Opening team spends 7 days in the market training stylists, selling memberships, training the front desk on membership sales. On an ongoing basis, operational businesses coaches have weekly and then monthly KPI-driven coaching calls and market visits.
