Training & Support
We begin with a 2-week training seminar. The first week will take place at our headquarters, and the 2nd in an actual operating Candy Express. You'll get to see how everything works first-hand so nothing is mysterious. You won't just be an observer you will get to shadow the manager and practice everything you need to know yourself. By the time the training ends, you should feel very confident that you can manage your own store.
We provide our owners with a significant amount of operational and tracking forms. Everything you need to keep your entire business organized. We have a system that you'll learn during the training, and you won't have to make or hunt for any of the tools yourself. That will help you become a great manager practically overnight. If you stay within the system, you'll have all of the support you need from the company and all of the tools that have created a huge part of our four-decade dominance.
