Purchasing a Comet Cleaners Franchise
We do have the option of opening a dry cleaner by itself, or to add a laundromat to a much larger Comet Cleaners franchise. The investment will be different, as will the type of location we will need to acquire.
Either way, we will assist you with finding the right spot for your Comet Cleaners, and with the lease application. After that our experienced staff will help configure store layout and provide vendors with a list of everything you'll need to acquire.
Once everything arrives, we have an installation team that knows how to maximize profits the Comet Cleaners way. They will take care of everything for you. You'll be carefree for the 7-10 day configuration process while we train you how to run the business smoothly.
And then we help with the initial marketing all the way to launch and the grand opening. After that you'll receive all of our promotional material and advertising guidelines.
You will then continuously receive support however you require it. We know most of our owners will be self-sufficient at that point, but we will be there whenever you ask for our assistance.
Ideal Candidate & Qualifications
Because we have seven decades of experience, you don't have to have any yourself. We will train you to be able to run your Comet Cleaners the right way. If you do have a history in business operations, that will certainly be helpful. But we have had many new business owners start their first real enterprise with us, and we have found that running a Comet Cleaners properly is relatively uncomplicated.
That is another advantage of joining our family and adding another location to our magnificent list. We are looking for people who are excited about the prospect of ownership, and who are committed to a long-term arrangement.
Training & Support
We have a special company store where we bring all of our new franchisees to learn the ropes. Our two- week program includes all of the essential aspects. From dry-cleaning and labor management, to the more general aspects of running any business like marketing and the day-to-day bookkeeping, you will be able to quickly understand everything that you and your staff will need to accomplish in order to become a profitable operation.
Near the conclusion of the 14-day training program, you will simulate running the store as we watch. So you aren't just learning and hope to remember everything when you get to your own store. You will literally have the experience of running a Comet Cleaners, with our patient guidance to make corrections if any mistakes are made. We have found this to be an excellent method for ensuring the best education. As for ongoing support, you will have everything you need from us, whenever you need it.
