The Dogtopia team-based approach to franchisee success hinges on our comprehensive training program, in which a team of dedicated industry professionals will guide you through each phase of orientation, beginning with a 30-day initial training program at Dogtopia University that includes two weeks of classroom instruction and two weeks of hands-on in-store training. Grand opening support begins six days before the business opens its doors to the public and continues for ten days to ensure smooth operations, while ongoing marketing and sales training, one-on-one coaching, field visits, and monthly webinars and workshops will keep you and your professional team on the cutting edge of the industry. An annual conference among Dogtopia franchisees encourages networking and further support, with around the clock access to the network to ensure you get the assistance you need when you need it.
