Entree Vous Franchise

At Entrée Vous Meal Assembly, guests visit our web site and pick six or more entrees from a 14-item monthly menu. Then they pick a time to come into our kitchen and put them together or to just pick them up. We do the time-consuming work for fresh ingredients ranging from chopping, slicing, dicing, and searing of meats to simmering sauces from scratch. Guests do the fun part -- put their entrees together in our warm, friendly kitchen with the help of people who know and care about food. So, in less time than it takes to say "Bon Appetit!" their freezers are stocked with tasty, crowd-pleasing dinners to serve as and when they please.

To buy a franchise with Entree Vous, you'll need to have at least $75000 in liquid capital and a minimum net worth of $300000.

Values & History

Founded by the premier caterer, Harriet Dupree, in Lexington, Kentucky in 2003. Smaller families, empty nesters, and busy professional couples are welcome to assemble and package their entrees in handy 2-3 serving portions. If requested, Entrée Vous will gladly assemble entrees for pick up, for a small additional charge.

Entrée Vous kitchens are becoming the fun new place for private parties, fund-raisers corporate entertainment, and special events as groups enjoy the camaraderie of cooking together for fun or a good cause.

Industry Performance

Market & Competition

Our meal prep business is at the forefront of one of the fastest-growing segments in the foodservice industry: a "make, take & bake" meal assembly service catering to today's active families, professionals and empty nesters that want the luxury of a home-cooked meal without all the time and expense it takes to create one.

With the fast-paced lifestyles that we are all living, people turn to convenience and want healthy foods when it comes to preparing dinner for themselves and their families. Each entree serves four to six and is specially formulated to store in the freezer until it is baked off following the cooking instructions on the label. The cost per person is generally less than that of fast food and the time saved is great considering that six or more dinners can be made in little more than an hour. Many customers come to be a part of this social experience.

Training & Support

We provide all of our franchise partners a comprehensive training program at our corporate base in Lexington, Kentucky. This program includes a mix of classroom and hands-on training for two people in your organization, one of whom must be the store manager. Our field training team will assist in the opening of each location.

Ideal Candidate & Qualifications

Experience is always helpful but it is not required. Our system has an excellent training program that can teach new franchise operators all of the essentials.
