In March 2019, CEO Michele Henry opened the first FACE FOUNDRIÉ location in Edina, Minnesota. From inception, Michele created FACE FOUNDRIÉ to be a franchise concept. She wanted to help others become entrepreneurs through FACE FOUNDRIÉ’s franchise business opportunities. Today, the brand has 36 locations open with 25+ to open in 2024.

Training & Support

Discovery Day is held at Headquarters in Minnesota and starts with an introduction and presentation from our leadership team. We tour a few nearby stores and end the day with a service. Typically, the franchisee gets to meet and hear from our Founder/CEO, VP, Director(s), and Trainers in addition to the Franchise Development team member. We offer extensive initial training for our franchisees including 54 online/virtual hours in addition to 64 hands-on hours provided at our 10-day in-person training at Headquarters in Minnesota

What will be the role of the owner?

Owner-Operator: owner must actively operate their location from marketing execution, strong connections with their community, primary contact for the franchisor, develop their team (specifically their leaders such as salon manager, district manager and trainers), ensure consistency and operational best practices. Each location is required to hire a Salon Manager/General Manager to manage daily operations. If an owner wants to be absentee, they are required to bring on an Operating Partner that owns a minimum of 20% of the franchise.

What will be the role of the multi-unit operators?

Multi-Unit Operators: While still required to be owner operators, multi-unit developers will work primarily with the Salon Manager (and potentially District Manager depending on the the size of their development), multi-unit developers may also hire a Marketing Coordinator/team members who focuses on social media, events and other tactics. The multi-unit operator will be focusing on real estate + build-out and driving revenue and marketing tactics in a larger region(s).

What will be the role of the single unit operators?

The single-unit operator is the owner-operator and primary be focused on the development of their team, driving revenue and marketing execution. This individual works closely with their store leadership and focusing marketing efforts in the area surrounding their location.
