Values & History

Hardcore Fitness was founded in 2007 by Larry and Nadia Nolan as an outdoor boot camp led by Larry. His only two clients were Nadia and his mother. Larry had been a trainer since he was 16 years old and was certified by pretty much every institution and he worked for corporate gyms. After years of seeing gyms' sole focus being profits, with no concern for clients' wellbeing or results, he decided to go off on his own and build the gym that he envisioned...the gym that will focus on every aspect of the clients' experience from the atmosphere and culture to accountability and results.

Nadia's passion for training and the Hardcore Fitness clients grew and drove her to quit her finance job to devote herself fulltime to HCF.

With the two of them working side by side and focusing entirely on the clients first and foremost, they have great results and happy clients to show for it.

The energy of the classes paired with our top-of-the-line sound system, motivation and experience of the trainer on the mic make for a workout experience like no other.

Industry Performance

Our Market & Competition

Our programs are based on army physical fitness training. We make use of good old-fashioned workouts that integrate cardiovascular exercises and resistance training. It is our unique approach to these workouts that sets us apart from the others.

As a franchise owner and trained instructor, you'll push and motivate regular people to limits they didn't think were possible. The results are proven: reduction in body fat, stress and inches, increased endurance, strength, flexibility, confidence and energy levels. This is the most exciting and challenging opportunity to hit the fitness industry in years for you to be a part of.

Hardcore Fitness Boot Camp is the newest and hottest trend in the fitness industry. With us, you'll receive a wealth of knowledge and experience from a highly motivated team. The general population is bored and tired of traditional workouts that require endless amounts of time and commitment that end with little or no results. We are exactly what they seek.

Training & Support

With us, training and support have no end. These includes:

  • An initial 5-day mandatory franchisee and instructor-training at our headquarters in Edmonton, Alberta with our certified professional trainers and military instructors.
  • We provide daily or weekly assistance via phones, visits, faxes, e-mail and manuals for as long as you need it.
  • On-site assistance.
  • We'll help provide you with the scripts, ads, marketing pieces, sales and operations manuals we have developed and used.

Ideal Candidate & Qualifications

Our ideal candidate is an individual operator or an existing club looking for a great addition.

Purchasing a Hardcore Fitness Boot Camp Franchise

Initial Investment Rate: $285,240 - $621,800.

As a franchise owner, you'll get the potential for high profits as there's no need for an expensive fitness club and the equipment or high operating costs that go with it. You can operate in a park if you want although we recommend a studio type center with some equipment.
