About Jabz Franchising

Jabz Boxing Fitness for Women is a 45-minute circuit workout designed to combine boxing exercises with cardio, strength training, ply metrics, and numerous other functional exercises to produce top-level results for clients, focusing on developing fitness, rather than fighters. The Jabz mission is simple: create a fun and accessible fitness experience for women of all fitness levels. By fueling each class with high-energy trainers and great music, Jabz delivers personal training-level service that goes far beyond traditional cardio fitness workouts.

Values & History

Founders Len Hayko, Jr. and Kimberlee White created the first boxing studio dedicated to women in Scottsdale, AZ in 2012. Both Len, an entrepreneur, and Kimberlee, a special education teacher, recognized the four necessary ingredients for such a venture: great workouts, great instructors, great music, and a great environment. The two have been perfecting their concept ever since, opening the Jabz business concept and model to franchisement in 2013, with 18 total units in operation.
