Values & History
The first KidsPark opened in 1988, offering activities to pre-schoolers. By 2003 the company started franchising the name, and KidsParks opened around the USA. Today, 17 years later, KidsPark is as successful as ever. Both parents usually have jobs and other responsibilities and making sure that children are safe, having fun, and being in a positive environment regularly has become tougher to ensure. That is why the KidsPark scenario works tremendously well. Perhaps even more so today then at any time prior.

There are 19 KidsParks currently open, and 17 of them are owned by franchisees. After 17 years, the company understands how to open and run a KidsPark successfully, and there are still plenty of communities that could really use one in their region.
The Committee for Economic Development recently found that childcare has an economic impact of 99 billion dollars as an industry in the USA and that 60% of children under age 5 attend childcare services of some form or another. It is a wonderful time to become involved in an industry that is essentially never going to end because there will always be new children that need a great place to be, even as the ones we've already serviced grow older and their parents no longer require our help.
Training & Support
We have a lot of training options available to help new franchisees and their staff get familiar with how to run a KidsPark. We have a 60-hour on-the-job training program, coupled with a 49-hour classroom training program. After that, we still have webinars and phone conferences that will provide updated information and keep you in the loop with new activities or success stories from the other KidsParks.
We will also help from the beginning with site location and initial setup. We know how to build a KidsPark with a wonderful variety of areas and activities that will appeal to the children and the parents too!

KidsPark has a unique setup that will set your franchise apart from all other childcare options in your region. We have an open activity center with multiple areas in it. Some are run by teachers and others encourage children to initiate activities with each other.
We have everything from arts and crafts, to cooking pancakes and waffles, to playing with toys and games, reading, learning about and engaging with science projects. That is just the beginning of our list of activities for the children to choose from.
All of it supervised and open so teachers, guardians, and parents can look in and see that the kids are playing well together and that everyone is safe and having a great time.
What makes it convenient for the parents is that they can drop their children off for as long as they need to, paying by the hour. They can set up appointments but can also just drop their kids off if an emergency comes up and they need somewhere safe to keep their children occupied. With that kind of versatility, and with us being open on weekends, in the evenings, and on days when the schools close due to inclement weather or other occurrences, parents often form a very loyal relationship with the KidsPark nearest them.
Also, on Sundays we host parties for kids from 2-12 years old, with all kinds of fun activities like face painting, group games, and more!
