We first started offering landscaping maintenance services in Seattle in 1999.

It was realized from the beginning that although landscape maintenance for businesses was a necessary service, the industry as a whole was being very poorly serviced and managed. We viewed this as a tremendous opportunity.

We want to bring positive leadership and help professionalize this segment of the Green Industry.

To do this, we strive to give both our clients and team the best possible landscaping experience. Let's work hard, value the sweat, and get it done. This is our fresh approach.

With ManageMowed, you don't own the equipment.

You don't perform the service. All you do is develop strong relationships with your clients and your vendors. We even help you get leads.

With three existing locations in major metro markets, we've perfected our business model- and you can join the momentum.

With our innovative concept, our franchisees never purchase, store or maintain equipment, and there are no laborers to hire. Instead, we manage client relationships and a network of local landscape crews, resulting in a frustration-free experience for all involved.

While we are an emerging franchise brand, we are bringing with us 20+ years of experience from our corporate locations. It is exciting for us to bring our unique landscaping approach to the franchising world.

Training & Support

Discovery Day Process:

• Length of Training: 1.5 Weeks
• Training Description: We strongly believe in the value of setting each Franchisee up for success. This starts with solid initial training followed up with ongoing support and Mentorship.
• 1 Week of initial training. Includes web-based modules franchisees complete at home and come to corporate ready to build off this base. Two days in franchisees home office and five days of field training in Edmonds, WA.
• 2-3 days of on-site training in franchisees location.
• Ongoing training and support. Supporting each other is key and that is a big part of our culture.
• Operational and Marketing Tools: ManageMowed will provide franchisee with approved marketing and advertising materials, as well as implementation guidelines that have been designed to achieve our stated objectives.
• Our call center and lead generation group will actively work with franchisee to drive business development efforts.
• An all-inclusive CRM to manage leads, email campaigns, estimates, scheduling, rout optimization & Invoicing,
