Founders Sam Bakhtiar and Alejandra Font realized that while everyone knows what it takes to lose weight – eat healthier and work out more – millions of people struggle to get results. They believe that in this era of skyrocketing obesity, there is a better way to help the massively under served audience.

Home of the “6 Week Weight Loss Challenge,” The Camp's program consists of group training with dynamic interval workouts, nutrition and supplement plans, highly qualified trainers, and a ton of positive emotional support. The Camp is a community of people who will treat you like family.

Industry Performance

The Camp TC has a low labor requirement allowing locations to run on minimal staff. Additionally, unlike other fitness franchise concepts we run a split schedule. This means that we open for morning workouts, close for the middle part of the day, and reopen for evening workouts. We've also learned that most locations do not need to be open on Sunday. This significantly reduces our payroll, utilities, and other associated costs.

The Camp TC focuses on weight loss and body transformation. This is intentional. COVID did a great job of explaining the importance of healthy body weight and regular exercise. It did not focus on who can ride a bike the fastest, flexibility, or heavy weight training. Other fitness concepts that focus on specific modalities could in a few years become a fad, think Billy Blanks and Tae Bo or Zumba. Many Americans are becoming more and more aware that they are overweight and need help reducing their bodyfat percent and reducing their overall bodyweight by 20-40lbs. Weight loss and body transformation has been around for 100 years and will be around for another 100 years.

Training & Support

ur initial training program is 62 hours spread out over 8 days. Our training is a combination of classroom training done at our corporate office in Chino Hills, CA as well as on site in actual locations.

The Campground is our online portal and contains a wealth of information for all franchise owners. Materials include digital membership agreements, operations manuals, specialty program training and worksheets for setting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.

The Campground houses our digital video training library with over 100 hours of training material segmented by position. This creates a training/career path for all employees e.g. there are ten 20min videos on how to use our phone app. This allows trainers and staff to connect directly with members, track their progress, and provide answers to questions along with positive motivation.

Each new club will also undergo our NCO (New Camp Opening) program. This 12 week program is designed to assist owners through their construction and buildout as well as conduct a presale. Locations should achieve a minimum of 150 pre-sale membership prior to opening. This provides instant revenue on day 1.
