Attend and collaborate on events to drive local exposure in your market (local gyms, beauty salons, etc.) Guarantee that Tox establishes the highest quality customer experience to craft a unique and curated experience for every client. Ensure the client experience is based on transparency, education and ease when it comes to booking and purchasing a treatment plan. Supervise daily employee operations, encompassing recruitment, training, scheduling, and motivation. Strategize for future expansion and steer financial performance management.

What will be the role of the multi-unit operator?
Nurture a culture of achievement founded on The Tox Core Principles of Collaboration, Responsibility, and Optimism. Building and training the perfect team, including a General Manager who not only talks about health and fitness but also shows it through actions. Creating clear rules and making sure your staff understands what's expected. Be a support system with management and a liaison between corporate and management.
