Training & Support
We will train you and your team members at our headquarters in Dallas, Texas for two weeks, ensuring that you have mastered our system and providing active practice and instruction, as well as reviews of all of our manuals and business guidelines. We'll also conduct simulations where you run a Which Wich under our supervision. By the time you are done with this extensive schooling, you will be more than ready to run your Which Wich.
Of course, that's just where it starts. You will have the active support of our corporate staff through the entire lifetime of your partnership with us.
Ideal Candidate & Qualifications
We're looking for exciting business owners that have some experience in the restaurant or retail business, and who have a solid comprehension of marketing concepts. While we do have marketing platforms and campaigns, we give our franchise owners a lot of freedom in how they focus their budgets on advertising, publicity and marketing. The more you understand these concepts coming in, the better we will receive your bid to open a Which Wich restaurant. We are always interested in finding new ways to create awareness, and we expect our franchise ownership group to be actively involved in the process.
