Karen Cady joined the FranNet team in March of 2007 as Director of Conferences and Events. In 2017 she moved into the Vice President of Operations position. Along with over 15 years of franchise experience, she also brings 30 years of experience in customer engagement, franchisee support, meeting management, public event management, as well as managing continuing education programs. Karen enjoys travel, gardening, antique shopping and spending time with family.
