About Mark
Mark Bates started work with the FranNet team as a technology consultant in September of 2017. In the intervening years he has served in a variety of roles including Chief Information Officer and his current position as Special Assistant to the CEO. Mark brings over 35 years of technology experience to his current position, where he is responsible for emerging digital technologies. In his spare time he enjoys travel and family activities.
