Franchising has been part of my life since childhood. I grew up working in the family business, a Master Franchisor covering the State of Michigan in the Disaster Restoration and Cleaning industry.
I began my professional career as a local marketing representative for a non-medical home care company that launched its franchising efforts shortly after I joined.
My childhood exposure to the inside workings of a successful franchise business led me to nearly 13 years with ComForcare Senior Services.
During my time with ComForcare, I led franchise recruitment and assisted with training and supporting their franchise owners.
The experience on the franchisor side is what eventually brought me to consulting.
