Training & Support
Extensive training and continuous support are provided to all new franchise owners. Our corporate team will assist with site location, licensure requirements, finance, and more. Online training covers the basics of operation under the ComForCare brand as well as the foundational aspects of caregiver recruitment, training, scheduling, and outreach. The final phase of training consists of two weeks at ComForCare's corporate training facilities where franchisees will experience a mix of classroom and hands-on training, while ongoing training is also provided via online seminars, web modules, marketing materials, field visits, and much more.
