Training & Support
As each of our franchisees works through the onboarding process, detailed training in the form of videos, web calls, and a week-long intensive Academy helps to prepare them for the grand opening of their Heroes Lawn Care Franchise!
Heroes Franchisees will complete 60 Days of Hero University - Virtual Training Tool, and 4-5 Days of in-person training with the Support Team in Omaha, NE. We also offer:
- Dedicated onboarding team
- Hands-on intensive training (6-8-week program prior to training at HQ)
- Post Launch field visit from Sr. Success Coach (2-3 days)
- Robust digital training platform (both for franchisee and employee training throughout ownership)
- Full-time staff training
- Week of training at HQ (hosted monthly due to consistent development)
- 100-point pre-launch / onboarding digital checklist
