Training Schedule Week 1 | Virtual Classroom Learn all of the basics of running your franchise.
Week 2 | Mentor Spend time with a fellow franchise owner, to give you a glimpse into the day-to-day of a franchise-owner.
Week 3 | Kickoff During this week, a dedicated corporate representative will guide you as you get started in your area.
Ongoing Support & Sytems | Daily calls with mentor and/or corporate for the first 60 days. Weekly conference calls with franchise partners and corporate. Franchise partners are given cell numbers of ownership, mentors, and any other trainers for continual support as needed. Quarterly goal setting and financial review meetings. Software / App system to communicate with painters in the field that really benefits those who do not speak English as a first language.
