PoolReady is a full-service pool maintenance company. We provide regular maintenance as well as repairs
and equipment replacement for residential and commercial pools and spas. Much of our competition will do regular cleaning and chemistry maintenance - We do that and much more. Our technicians are trained and supported in repairing anything to do with pools, from equipment repair and replacement to cosmetic repairs. PoolReady is a one stop shop for everything pool.

PoolReady began as a family-owned, full-spectrum swimming pool and hot tub service company in the Hammond, Louisiana community. With over 30 years of experience, we've grown far beyond just being the "local pool shop," and now service pools throughout the south with the same southern pride and premium service you'd expect.

Industry Performance

PoolReady is recession resistant. People who have pools have to maintain them and repair them when
necessary in order to use them. We do not see big drop offs in business during economic downturns. And
typically, those who have pools are in the upper to upper-middle income classes.

Because of the nature of our business, there are markets that have only limited business (indoor) 3-5 months
each year. In these markets, however, it is necessary to both open and close pools. The business of opening
and closing is very lucrative, and makes up for the lack of cash flow in the winter months. And, the franchisees
in these markets get to spend the winter months in a more relaxed mode with their families. PoolReady
validates very well with our franchisees who are located in these 4 season markets.

Franchise Fee: $40,000 (single unit). Net worth Required: $50,000. Total Investment: $60,000 - $100,000, Liquid Capital Required: $10,000.

Ideal Candidate & Qualifications

What will be the role of the owner?

Fielding calls from client prospects, scheduling, invoicing, collection. Some owners also work in the field. Can be owner/operator or semi-absentee

Manage team including a GM once business reaches level to justify.

Training & Support

We have the best training program and support programs in the industry. Our trainer, who is a partner in the
company, has owned and operated his own pool maintenance business for 15 years and has been in the
industry for over 30 years. Our technical training and support team has over 80 years of collective pool building and maintenance experience. We provide classroom, hands on training at HQ, then another week of in field
training in the franchisees market. Our franchisees have access to a team of 5 highly qualified and experienced
pool maintenance professionals 7 days/week.

We market directly to pool owners and drive business to our franchisees so they can
focus on managing their business, not managing their marketing. Our state-of-the-art technology platform
handles everything from scheduling to invoice collection.
