It all started with one homeowner's question. "Can you paint my windows?" Limited to off-the-shelf latex paints and a brush and roller, we knew we couldn't because the finish would look streaky and would eventually peel and chip.

And that really bugged us. We saw there was a void to be filled in the exterior painting industry. So, we went to work!

We are looking for someone who believes in our concept, is sales and customer service-oriented, and displays strong leadership skills to build and lead a team. You don't need much of a background in painting or home improvement.

While we provide our franchisees with in-depth initial and ongoing training, having a background in sales, the management, or the renovation industry will help you cross the learning curve a little quicker.
