For a professional whose roots go back to retail banking, Gary’s investment in others has become his primary focus. Prenevost’s illustrious career was established 30 years ago, when he became a franchise recruiting executive for a national business training organization. Over the next decade, he helped the company expand into more than 100 locations – one of which was his own. He is a born salesman and, over the years, has helped train over 1,000 salespeople at every corporate level. It was 2002 that Gary launched his own FranNet franchise, which today has become one of the largest multi-unit operations in the company.

Gary Prenevost’s participation and outreach have made him one of the most sought-after franchise experts in the industry – especially in Canada. Not only is he a co-chair of FranNet’s Franchise Advisory Committee (FAC), he also proudly serves as a member of our Board of Directors. A True Renaissance Man
Gary Prenevost’s franchising expertise isn’t the only aspect of his life worthy of praise. He also happens to have some interesting hobbies and interests. He’s a certified KULA Yoga teacher, with 200-hours of instructor training under his belt. And speaking of belts, Gary is also a proficient martial artist who practiced Aikido for several years. He also enjoys spending time with his family, fitness, skiing, and anything else outdoor-related.
